Report Reflection 02.11.18

In Term 3, Whaea Teena announced to our class that we were going to participate in a challenge called the Tahi, Rua, Toru, Tech Challenge. I was in a group with Dylan Sillitoe, Kieran Seal, Shylah McNeil and of course myself Thayd Thompson. Shylah was the Leader, Kieran was the Secretary, Dylan was the Seeker and I made up my own role called the Coder. The skills we learnt is if we are with someone who we aren’t usually with then we can still do really good with whatever we are making. When we did our presentation Mark (Our Mentor) He liked it so he chose us as one of the 3 teams to go to the regionals. When we went there was this girl who told us about her journey to make her own company. We didn’t win the regionals but 1 of the other Techo groups came 2nd and that counts to the trip to Wellington.
